CMO: Why a Non-Profit Organization?

All Organizations, of course, Non-Profit Included, has goals (long-term/short-term) to achieve. All Organizations work within and toward fulfilling their visions.

Non-Profits visions, missions, are indeed, aspirational and Inspirational. Businesses plans and the subsequently Business Strategies to make the vision and goals actionable, require close and shoulder to shoulder collaboration among CEO, CMO and CFO.

The Vision, as well as the short-term and long-term goals, require the role of Direction, Market Strategy and Resources to be allocated toward that vision, goals.

Non-Profits such as Nursing Homes, Assisted Living Facilities and the like, must work beyond the Inspirational expressed visions and current and long-term goals.

Resources are to be allocated toward those goals, creating a service awareness (brand strategy), more than an inspirational vision, but a true reality.

The inspirational vision that permeates the social media ads, requires addressing a created list by the non-profit sector CEO, CMO, CFO, (with the participation of the required staff members), about the real needs to implement that brand strategy, vision and goals, a 100% actionable vision.

Residents of non-profits and sometimes business mixed facilities believe such inspirational visions, brand strategy, brand awareness. That inspirational vision attracts residents.

At my Facebook Account, relevant news about this non-profit sector, are being posted, highlighting WHY THE ROLE OF A CMO commitment in working toward the validation of the non-profit (and sometimes business mixed) sector vision and goals is crucial for the benefit of the residents believing in such goals.

When the CMO validates personal profit rather than working toward the non-profit (and sometimes business mixed) inspirational vision, non-profit organizations fail, whether in the short or long run.
